Red Tail Travel LLC

Red Tail Travel, LLC is a boutique luxury travel advisory. Independent affiliate of Radiance Travel, an affiliate of Coastline Travel Advisors. California Seller of Travel: 2040360-40.

Trip Planning

Initial proposals are delivered within 3 business days for hotel-only requests, and within 1 week for custom multi-destination trips. We do not accept air-only bookings unless business class or higher.

We are happy to assist with villa, home, and boat rentals through one of our preferred partners. Please note that we do not work with Airbnb or VRBO.

Fees & Payment

Non-refundable planning fees are required upfront before any work begins. Rush requests (travel within 8 weeks of booking) may incur additional fees.

Final payment is due 45 days before departure. Deposits may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depending on the supplier and timing of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

  • $25 per hotel cancellation
  • $100 per person for partially paid custom trips
  • $200 per person for fully paid custom trips

Cancellation fees are in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties.

Travel Requirements

A valid passport is required for international travel, with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date. The name on your passport must exactly match the name on your reservation.

Visa acquisition is the traveler’s responsibility. Many popular destinations require a visa or electronic travel authorization for U.S. citizens. Please consult your destination’s embassy or consulate for current requirements.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is always recommended to protect you and your trip investment. We strongly encourage a “Cancel For Any Reason” add-on, which provides coverage for pandemic-related disruptions, government actions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

All travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) are independent contractors. Red Tail Travel, LLC acts solely as an intermediary and shall not be liable for any accident, loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of any supplier’s services.

Any service disputes must be reported within 30 days of return from travel.
